M.E.N.

TWEF followed the same strategic plan for growth by launching a male component of the organization. The male component called M.E.N. (Mentoring, Educating, and Networking) got off to a great start. The Adult men of the organization launched a full program that will aid in the development of young men. The first session, was launched as a Town Meeting, calling all men who wanted to get involved in this outstanding mentoring program.

The agenda of the program is to serve the young men in the community of Houston and surrounding areas with a five point agenda – Academic and Professional Development, Relationship Enhancement, Social Foundation, Personal Presentation, and Health and Wellness. This dynamic program will enhance the performance of young men and allow them to focus on the total development of themselves. The structured class style sessions allow young men to study from a foundation development curriculum and allows for personal accountability.
